Well,everyone looks at price. first the less price the better .

that's fine.but sometimes I prefer to look to features before I decide if the price is good or not!

1.  -How quickly the kettle boils.
2. -Cordless or not: cordless seems to be easier to move than the one with electric cords
3. -Easy to pick up and tip: good solid hand
4. -Not energy –hungry. 
5. -lot people avoid plastic inside electric kettles and prefer stainless & glass interiors
6. -easy to  control

8. - heats the water to the indicated temperature
9. -turns off automaticaly after a certain amount of time
10. -easy cleaning
11. - the lid is easy to remove and put back
